In 1964 Jacob moved to Hejlskov to work for B&O in Struer. During this period, Jacob Jensen designed over 200 products for B&O, including audio, hi-fi and turntables.The equipment he produced with them is still worth vast amounts of money today, due to their modern styles. His design is exhibited in many museums including the MoMA in New York.

I've seen a lot of turntable clocks. And I find it amusing to look at.
ReplyDeleteI think that it is a nice clock but I would have to confess that it is a shame to ruin a turntable of such quality.
ReplyDeleteWe wouldnt either, unfortunately it was unsalvageable, the motor was burnt out and the cartridge was destroyed. It was bought for spare parts and recycled as a clock, instead of sent to landfill.
