I cant find anything about the Wella Perma Wave, the plate on the front is Australia patented in 1929. I sent Wella an email in the US, but they didn't reply, its a mystery, anyway to late its now up-cycled into a lamp. This lamp is for sale at Dirty Jane's Antique Market.
